Some frustration on my part setting up this website. Seems a bot finds url links that returns 5xx error or undisclosed error. The bot does not give any detail beyond that. Reviewing many post describing the files as required in WordPress, but the bot does not have access, but wants access and will not index the site until they are fixed. Reviewing many other website, I see them found there, but the site is indexed without issue. Seems those users also found issue with the vague feedback they received. like a pass or fail without any really useful feedback.
The frustration comes with my lack of understanding how this is possible. Or what to do to fix the situation. It is hard to fathom why the bot not care on one website, but it is a show stopper on the next.
Hoping something positive after also re-installing WordPress on the site. Direction not to index this directory was entered into the robots.txt file was also entered. Let’s see what that brings in the next couple days. Maybe a pass in place of fail.
